How does the 100 day guarantee work?

You can return products to us for any reason within 100 days of purchase. Of course, this also applies if you bought them during discount campaigns.

Simply contact us by email at support@mupies.com with the order number to announce your return. You will receive the refund IMMEDIATELY after receiving the package.

Make sure that the product is unused and sent with the original packaging.

How do I return a product?

A return is easy. Make sure your return goes to the correct address. You can find these in the 1st step of the following instructions.

The credit will be issued within 24 hours after we receive your package.

  1. Pack items and label the package
    Place the items in the package and tape it securely. Write down your address (sender) and our following return address (recipient) legibly on the package.

  1. Submit return
     You can drop off the package at DHL, DPD, Hermes and GLS parcel shops and packing stations. Simply book a cheap shipping label with tracking on site. Please keep the issued return receipt as proof.
  1. Received refund
     Check the shipment tracking to see whether we have received your return. From then on it only takes 24 hours for the order to be credited.
